About Sue Nuvill

Sue Nuvill joined The Lloyd Group in December 2023 as a Broker Associate, bringing decades of real estate experience to the team. Sue has been a resident of Summit County since 1976 and a licensed REALTOR® since 1987. She is a Graduate of the REALTOR® Institute and is also a member of the National, Colorado, and Altitude Associations of REALTORS®. After living in Summit County for so many years, Sue is always excited to introduce others to the awe-inspiring mountain lifestyle. Her knowledge and expertise in Colorado mountain real estate is invaluable to her buyers and sellers.

In her free time, Sue enjoys all the winter and summer activities that Colorado has to offer-including skiing, hiking and biking. And fun fact - Kelly and Sue were office mates for 14 years, starting in 1993 at Novak and Nelson Real Estate Company!
